weight loss?
i have started eating healty and have been doing pilates exercises…is this going to help me lose inches fast? I cant go outside and run because i have a bad knee.
sofar today i have done 100 situps and about 60 crunches plus lifting diffent weights and leg lifts….how soon do u think i will see results?
That could work, but u can also count your calories because the typical amount of calories that a person should have a day is 2,000 and i did that and in a week and a half i loss 8 pounds
