appetite suppressant question and weight loss. ?
I live in Florida, I am a college student (Male 21 210 Lbs, 13-16% body fat, 5’9″). I have a little extra weight and would like to drop back down to my high school 190 or maybe 180.
Just wondering if there are any good appetite suppressants available at publix supermarket.
I exercise all the time, but I eat a lot. Around 3000-4000 calories a day. So I need an appetite suppressant.
Any good appetite suppressants at publix? What about GNC? I don’t like to order things online
Ujyathica, Last month I was able to drop 15 pounds. In addition to jogging I joined a weight loss center in Arizona. Maybe you should try becoming a member of a weight loss clinic in Florida.

It would have been difficult to loose the extra pounds without some help and encouragement. I now feel great and glad that I did not wait forever.
